This is a curious export of 3 vanilla growable commercial "building" asset. These are the three variations of the Edision Hyper Charger asset from GREEN CITIES DLC. These assets are often used by players to create custom and functional vanilla parking lots using the "organic and local produce" commercial district specialization and playing wack-a-mole until the right assets grows in "naturally". There is currently no way to find the 2x4 and 2x3 variations of this asset in mods like Find It so Move It exports will once more have to come to the rescue.
Once the assets are imported you can copy, paste, move, rotate, and all that stuff to make custom parking lots any way you like. If you play the game without mods that prevent buildings from despawning outside of the correct zoned tiles, like RICO Revisited or Plop the Growables, you need to make sure the building aligns with the zoning grid, that the zoned area is the correct size and type, and that the district specialization is turned on. Otherwise the buildings will despawn, regardless if they are set as historical or not. Ironic isn't it. C:S players get so excited about designating EV parking lots as historical. Anyways..
